1. What are your delivery charges?
   Delivery costs are €5.95 on all Irish orders. We do not ship to the UK or Northern Ireland
2. If I order now, how long will delivery take?
   Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day.
3. When will me order arrive?
   We use Fastway Couriers for our deliveries. If you included a mobile phone number when placing your order, we will pass this along to the couriers. You will receive a text on the delivery day with a one hour time slot of when you should expect your delivery.
4. Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
   Understandably, our couriers won’t handle cash. Payment can be processed securely on our website or you can call us with your order details.
5. Can I collect from your Warehouse in Athy?
   Sure. The warehouse is open daily from 10:00-16:00 Mon-Saturday. Feel free to bring your dog along if you need to try our crates or pens for size. Pet Cage Warehouse, Unit 4, Block C, Athy Business Campus, Athy, Co Kildare.
6. Do you sell to the public?
   Yes. We supply all our products direct to the public.
